Over the past 10 years, Maple Carpentry has done a number of jobs for me from replacing outdoor pillars, removing and replacing a French door, removing and replacing a second floor rotten flat roof including the studs. He also added an addition to my garage for a second bay, replaced cedar sidings and replaced a rotten outside wooden surround chimney stack for a gas fireplace, created a custom fireplace mantel and other minor carpentry jobs. Maple Carpentry replaced windows and made repairs to some existing windows on my current home as well as the Brownstone where I previously lived. They were extremely professional, timely and neat. I am a contractor myself and one of my biggest issues with hiring other contractors is the way the work area is left at the end of the day. Joel and his guys brought all their tools and materials in and out daily and made sure everything was cleaned so my family could continue live in a clean environment.
